Meet the Founder
Paul Gurrola is a Director with BDO USA in their Los Angeles office. Paul brings over 25 years of experience working in the financial services sector primarily assisting public and large private companies solve for issues related to audit, tax, digital transformation, AI and automation.
Paul is the Founder and President of Corporate Boards USA. Corporate Boards USA’s mission is to prepare executives to be highly qualified board candidates. We accomplish this by educating, connecting and elevating our members through our comprehensive self-study educational curriculum, quarterly Summits, access to corporate governance experts, regular updates on latest boardroom news and mentorship programs.
Paul is also involved with mentoring U.S. Navy SEALS who are transitioning from active service to the corporate world.
Paul has an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in business both from the University of Southern California.
